UV Finishing

Panels are finished on our State-Of-The Art UV line, utilizing our TuffCoat UV (patent pending) finishing system. Our UV line can accommodate panels up to 5’ wide and 10’ long and 1-1/2” thick. Our UV finish is Durable, Cost-Effective and Environmentally Friendly, with virtually no emissions. Birch, Maple, Oak, Alder, Cherry, Beech & many other species in stock. Wide variety of grades and cores available. We offer clear finish in different gloss levels, custom tinted finish, and graphic friendly finish. Available substrates include FSC®, NAF, & ULEF. The panels are best for Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets, Drawer Components, Shelving, Door Skins, Store Fixtures, Displays and many other applications. Cut to size and edge finishing available.

Paint & Print Line

Our high capacity paint & print line can accommodate panels up to 5’ wide and 10’ long and 1-1/2” thick. We offer Oak, Cherry, Maple & Newsprint patterns. Black, White & custom colors are available. Chalkboards, Dry-erase boards, and pegboards in solid colors are available on Hardboard and MDF. Also available is TuffCoat UV topcoat for superior looks and durability. Let us provide you with solutions to all your priming needs; interior, exterior, and edges. Available substrates include FSC®, NAF, & ULEF.

Drawer Sides & Bottoms

Drawer sides are our specialty! We offer MDF, Particle Board, White & Baltic Birch Plywood, Maple Plywood, Birch Plywood, Finger Joint Rubber Wood, Solid Maple, Aspen, and Ash. Skeleton Prints Base Coat and Print Base Coat, Print and TuffCoat UV Topcoat White, Black and custom colors. Clear and Tinted UV. UV edge fill for Particle Board Foil Edge banding Cut to size French Dovetail English Dovetail Drilled and Doweled Matching drawer bottoms in full sheets or cut to size.

Door Skins

We offer high-quality door skins in standard and custom sizing. Our products include UV Prime, Standard Prime, Mar Resistant Prime, Embossed Prime, Solid Colors, and multiple Wood Grain options. We offer a wide variety of substrates, including MDF, HDF, and Plywood. FSC®, NAF, ULEF and Fire Rated door skins available.
